I am looking for an agile, AI-native Content & Social Media Growth Associate to help transform existing ideas, research, articles, interviews, talks, and experiences into engaging content across multiple platforms.This is an opportunity to work closely with a founder and thought leader while helping build a meaningful voice in healthspan, longevity, entrepreneurship, and the future of health.

What You'll Do

MISSION

Help build and grow the public voice of scientist-founder Yi Sherry Zhang across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok, and Substack.

Your goal is to transform existing articles, podcasts, talks, interviews, scientific insights, and founder stories into a high-performing multi-platform content engine that drives audience growth, engagement, and influence in healthspan, AI, entrepreneurship, and the future of healthcare.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Repurpose long-form content into posts, threads, carousels, short videos, and platform-specific content
• Manage publishing, scheduling, and content calendars
• Grow audience engagement across social channels
• Track analytics and recommend growth experiments
• Create simple graphics and content assets using Canva or similar tools
• Use AI tools to accelerate content creation and workflow efficiency
• Build repeatable systems for content production and repurposing

SUCCESS IN THE FIRST 90 DAYS

• Social channels optimized and actively managed
• Consistent publishing cadence established
• Content library built from existing materials
• Audience engagement and growth trending upward
• Platform-specific growth strategies implemented

Compensation
