What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a senior, execution-focused AI automation leader who can both architect solutions and operationalize them for real business outcomes.
  • Experience: proven experience designing and delivering AI automation or workflow systems in production environments (or production-grade pilots).
  • Architecture skills: strong ability to model end-to-end workflows, define interfaces between systems, and choose practical orchestration patterns.
  • Operational ownership: you take responsibility for reliability—monitoring, debugging, incident response, and continuous improvement.
  • Automation mindset: you can identify high-leverage process opportunities, turn them into deliverables, and iterate based on results.
  • Technical tool fluency: comfortable working across LLM-based automation, integrations, data pipelines, and automation platforms (specific tools will be discussed during evaluation).
  • Communication & leadership: clear documentation, structured thinking, and the ability to partner with non-technical stakeholders to land requirements.
  • Independence: you can lead independently in a remote, offshore 1099 environment, managing priorities and deadlines without heavy supervision.
  • Professional judgment: you balance speed with correctness, protect data integrity, and design safeguards for safe operations.

Projects

We build AI-First revenue infrastructure designed for high-performance real estate operations. The team’s mission is to automate revenue workflows end-to-end—turning lead signals, operational events, and performance data into reliable execution. In this role, we’re looking for an AI Automation Architect who can own the end-to-end operationalization of automation: translating business goals into system design, implementing robust orchestration, and ensuring the automations reliably support day-to-day real estate revenue operations. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders to identify the highest-leverage processes, design the automation architecture, implement and refine it through real test projects, and drive continuous operational improvements so the platform stays dependable as the business scales.

What you’ll do

We’re hiring an AI Automation Architect & Operations Director to lead automation initiatives and run the operational side of our AI systems for real estate revenue workflows.
  • Own automation architecture: design, document, and maintain end-to-end AI automation workflows that support revenue operations.
  • Lead implementation: translate requirements into practical system designs and coordinate execution across tools, integrations, and orchestration layers.
  • Drive operational readiness: ensure workflows are reliable, observable, and maintainable, with clear runbooks and escalation paths.
  • Optimize performance: measure automation outcomes, identify bottlenecks, and improve throughput, accuracy, and cost.
  • Integrate systems: connect AI components with operational sources and revenue systems to ensure data consistency and correct business logic.
  • Quality and governance: establish standards for prompt/workflow quality, versioning, and safe operation in production-like environments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: align automation roadmaps with real estate operational priorities and revenue goals.

Compensation & perks

$4K -$5K USD per month based on experience and test project evaluation.

  • Structure: Full-time independent contractor (1099). This is an offshore role for candidates based in LATAM.
  • Pay schedule: Paid in USD on the 1st and 15th of every month, deposited directly into your bank account.
  • Location: Fully remote. Preference for Uruguay, Costa Rica, or Colombia.
  • Professional Development: $1.5 to $3K annual budget for courses, certifications, conferences, and tools.
  • Workspace: Coworking membership allowance or home office setup budget. Up to you!

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in real estate, property operations, or revenue/lead management automation.
  • Experience building evaluation frameworks for AI automations (quality metrics, regression checks, and human-in-the-loop processes).
  • Hands-on experience with orchestration patterns such as workflow engines, event-driven processing, or scheduled automation pipelines.
  • Background in building operational dashboards/observability for workflow health and business KPIs.
