Puente Talent Partners connects top Latin American professionals with growing US companies. This role is for one of our US clients, and you would be joining their team directly while being supported by Puente through the hiring process.
Our client is a fast-growing staffing and talent solutions provider that helps US companies scale with international talent. They move quickly, adapt to market demands, and are aggressively expanding market share through a dedicated sales engine.
You will join a lean, high-velocity sales team where every rep owns their pipeline from scratch. The culture is pure startup hustle: data-driven, quota-obsessed, and rewarded through uncapped commissions. You will partner directly with account executives and leadership to turn cold US prospects into signed staffing contracts.
Your day to day
You will build, segment, and clean your own lead lists targeting high-potential B2B clients in the US. You will execute high-volume outbound campaigns through cold calling, personalized email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach. You will turn cold prospects into warm, qualified opportunities by uncovering pain points and positioning staffing solutions. You will book high-quality discovery calls and meetings for account executives as your core success metric. You will track every interaction, follow-up, and lead status accurately in the CRM (HubSpot / Close). You will collaborate with leadership to refine messaging based on real-time market responses and objections.
Compensation and growth
USD-based base plus uncapped commission paid monthly. Monday-Friday CT schedule, 40 hours per week as an independent contractor.
