AI Solutions Lead (Insurance) - Leading LLM and AI platforms - London (Hybrid) - Up to £100,000

The role

You'll act as the go-to person for AI within the Development function, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Day to day, you'll be:

• Working with Development leadership to shape how AI is used across the team
• Collaborating with teams across the business in hands-on, problem-solving sessions
• Working within a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment, using leading AI and LLM tools
• Looking at current development processes and identifying where AI can add real value
• Driving prompt engineering and more modern, AI-led approaches to building and improving systems

What they're looking for

• Experience within insurance or financial services (this doesn't need to be purely technical)
• Hands-on prompt engineering experience
• Experience working in a GCP environment (or strong exposure)
• Someone who already has an AI-first mindset
• Comfortable working with different teams and speaking to stakeholders
• Confident enough to suggest ideas and improvements, not just follow instructions
