Senior Backend Engineer

FCamara is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to design and evolve scalable backend systems within a modern .NET ecosystem. You will lead the implementation of workflow-heavy backend services - covering onboarding, relationship management, orchestration, and integrations - within a microservices-based architecture, while helping drive engineering quality and architectural consistency across the team.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesign and implement scalable backend systems using C# and .NETLead technical design for REST APIs and workflow-heavy servicesDrive clean architecture and maintainable backend design across distributed microservicesBreak down large workflows into reusable services and componentsReview code, mentor engineers, and improve engineering standardsEnsure systems are resilient, transactional, and production-readyWork closely with product managers and frontend engineers on API and workflow designRequisitos e qualificações6+ years of backend engineering experienceStrong expertise in C# and .NETExperience designing production-grade REST APIs and backend workflowsStrong understanding of clean architecture and separation of concernsDeep experience with Entity Framework, SQL, and relational databasesExperience handling concurrency, idempotency, and transactional consistencyExperience with Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms and distributed microservices architecturesStrong debugging, architecture, and problem-solving skillsFluency in EnglishNice to Have:Experience in banking, fintech, CRM, or customer onboarding platformsExperience with matching engines, orchestration workflows, or distributed systemsExperience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiativesInformações adicionaisFully remoteMultinational, multicultural team - collaborate with talented engineers across different backgrounds and geographiesReal challenges and ownership.
