- BS in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent relevant work experience
- Significant client technical consulting experience, including analysis, design, and support of integrations and/or software
- Experience with B2B data integrations, including ETL and Web Services
- Working experience with SQL, SQL Server, XML, schemas, relational databases, Atlassian Jira/Confluence, and Microsoft SharePoint/Teams/Word/Excel
- Experience leading business and technical discussions to analyze and determine solution design, processes, and requirements
- Experience whiteboarding solutions collaboratively in front of a group of business and technical stakeholders
- Experience across a broad range of technologies and platforms, with a proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new frameworks, platforms, systems, and technologies
- Strong analysis, problem solving, and critical thinking skills in dynamic, fast-moving environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage executives, managers, developers, and subject matter experts
Projects
We're seeking a Technical Services Consultant (TSC) to play a critical role in the successful implementation of our SaaS products. Working under the guidance of the Technical Services Lead, the TSC serves as the integration subject matter expert — collaborating closely with the Delivery Services Organization and engaging directly with clients to ensure seamless project delivery. This client-facing role blends technical proficiency with strong communication skills: you will lead meetings, troubleshoot issues, and provide expert guidance on integration methods and data migration/conversion strategies. The TSC also supports production clients with technical services and may take on development tasks as needed.
What You Will Do
Lead and manage connectivity and access efforts throughout implementation projects (Allowed Listing/whitelisting, SSO via SAML 2.0, and credentialing for SFTP, VPN, and database access)
Lead requirements and technical discussions in front of clients, covering technical specifications, business process review and impact, ETL processes, and solution design
Provide technical guidance and support to staff and clients, acting as the technical liaison who translates specifications between business and technical stakeholders
Review and analyze data integrations for validity and quality, identifying issues and recommending remediation
Communicate clearly with the Technical Services Lead and Project Manager regarding prioritization, capacity, status, and blockers
Learn and master the product portfolio, building deep knowledge of offerings and functionality
Support product troubleshooting and issue triage across implementation and production clients
Provide technical services to Product Management and Client Support as needed to resolve complex client issues
Complete assigned development tasks as needed to support delivery commitments
Perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization
