Technical Product Manager Electrical Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand a product portfolio for switch cabinet construction and cabling solutions within the renewable energy sector
• Take ownership of the full product development lifecycle, from concept through to production readiness, including feasibility studies, FMEA, and certification processes
• Create system and product specifications in line with applicable standards (particularly IEC 61439)
• Conduct market, competitor, and customer requirement analyses, and prepare feasibility studies, risk assessments, business plans, and business models
• Support product launches, including the creation of technical documentation and delivery of training
• Collaborate closely with sales, production, and quality teams, as well as international project partners; support complaint management processes

Your Profile

• Degree in electrical engineering, energy engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in technical product management, engineering, or project planning
• Proven experience in creating technical documentation and quotations
• Strong proficiency in EPLAN Pro Panel and MS Office
• Solid understanding of relevant standards (e.g. IEC 61439)
• Strong communication skills when working with internal teams and customers (German and English)
• Structured, solution-oriented working style
• Hands-on mindset with a strong interest in developing and improving products
