12-month contract (Banking)

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting for corporate and retail roles within a banking environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines
  • Partner with hiring managers and recommend qualified candidates
  • Manage recruiting activity and reporting in ATS
  • Present offers and coordinate background checks

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of recruiting or sales-related experience
  • Strong sourcing, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS systems
  • Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in corporate or banking/financial services recruiting
