We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Client Operations Manager to become the operational backbone of our business.
This person will help keep the business running smoothly, ensure nothing falls through the cracks, and support both client experience and internal operations at a high level.
What You'll Do
· Respond to client inquiries promptly, professionally, and accurately
· Deliver a consistently exceptional client experience
· Resolve client issues efficiently and proactively
· Manage and improve daily operational workflows
· Track open tasks, priorities, and follow-through across the team
· Process Medicare applications accurately and efficiently
· Follow up with carriers and clients regarding outstanding items
· Coordinate schedules, priorities, and team workflows
· Support leadership by keeping operations organized and on track
· Analyze operational workflows and recommend improvements

Qualifications
· Experience in operations management, client services, or office management
· Strong analytical and organizational skills
· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
· Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
· Experience in healthcare or insurance is a plus
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
Compensation & Benefits
· $50,000–$60,000 starting salary (based on experience)
· Growth path to $60,000–$70,000+ based on performance
· Bonus potential
