About The Role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and creatively strong Brand Manager to drive brand communication, creative excellence, and integrated marketing for our Digital Lending portfolio. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, sharp communication skills, strong creative sensibilities, and an ability to work across multiple digital and consumer touchpoints.

You will champion the brand narrative, craft consistent messaging, shape social media presence, and manage 360° campaigns including DVCs, digital content, and product communication. You will also work closely with the performance marketing team to ensure that all campaigns reflect a unified brand voice.

Job Description

  • Lead the thinking on overall strategy, customer insighting, brand planning and budget management across the various geographies
  • Develop annual and product specific brand promotion plans for various media
  • Define and direct marketing programs for demand creation & lead generation
  • Strategize and execute content development for the brand to build social presence and drive innovation to break the clutter & monotony in the category
  • Develop the data-driven marketing infrastructure
  • Plan and manage the execution of BTL activities through local leads in the regions – to get maximum ROI of marketing spends
  • Develop & manage relationships with creative and media agencies

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5–8 years in Brand Management within Digital Products, Fintech, Consumer Tech, or Financial Services.
  • Strong experience across brand communication, creative development, social media, and video content.
  • Hands-on experience working with digital assets, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
  • Impeccable English communication — strong writing, articulation, and presentation ability.
  • Sharp creative judgement with a refined eye for detail and storytelling.
  • Ability to translate insights into crisp, customer-friendly communication.
  • Strong project management and multitasking capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in digital lending, BFSI, or high-growth digital consumer brands.

Comfort with analytics dashboards and understanding of digital customer journeys
