JOB DESCRIPTION:
Due to continued expansion of our operations, we are looking to hire a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team of talented individuals! The Marketing Manager is an incremental part of the Marketing Team will be responsible to:
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing to translate strategic objectives into actionable marketing plans that drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue.
- Lead and manage the marketing department’s day-to-day operations, ensuring team output aligns with business priorities and campaign goals.
- Develop and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social, paid media, email, partnerships, and content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including design, content, performance, and affiliate marketing—to ensure cohesive, data-driven campaign execution.
- Coordinate with the affiliate marketing and partnership teams to support scalable partner growth and campaign alignment.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure that website updates, landing pages, and product marketing materials accurately reflect the brand strategy and performance goals.
- Effectively manage marketing budgets and resource allocation to maximize ROI.
- Analyze marketing data, compile performance reports, and present insights to the Head of Marketing to guide future strategy and decision-making.
- Collaborate with external agencies, influencers, and vendors to optimize campaign delivery and performance.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials, communications, and platforms to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand presence.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
- 2-4 years hands-on Marketing Management or related leadership experience, ideally in digital-first environments.
- Experience in the Forex/ Prop Trading industry or with financial products is a must.
- Proven success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that drive measurable growth.
- Firm grasp of digital marketing, content, paid media, and brand positioning.
- Effective leader with experience coaching, delegating, and motivating teams.
- Excellent communicator and organized collaborator with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in fast-paced, global environments.
