Responsibilities
The Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by engaging with partners, resellers, and distributors to demonstrate the value and benefits of our client’s products and services. This position requires effectively articulating product value propositions, supporting partner sales efforts, and building strong relationships to maximize channel performance and long-term business growth.
- Drive sales to B2B clients as well as partners, resellers, and distributors, acting as the primary first point of contact
- Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client requirements effectively
- Initiate proactive steps to address customer concerns or roadblocks that may impact satisfaction or product usage
- Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections to retain existing customers and win new business
- Manage a high volume of customer interactions daily via phone and email, with the majority being outbound communication
- Collaborate closely with your team and management to deliver a professional and consistent customer experience
- Maintain and update the customer management system (CRM) to ensure accurate and complete data capture
- Execute sales motions including lead qualification, lead conversion, account health checks, acting as the voice of the customer, and contract renewals
- Work collaboratively within a team environment and report directly to a Sales Manager
Required Skill
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Experience in channel sales, account management, or partnership roles.
- Understanding of B2B business ecosystem and display solutions (if applicable).
- Ability to manage multiple partners and prioritize tasks.
- Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and forecasting skills.
- Comfortable presenting to stakeholders and driving business conversations.
