We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance Salesforce environment. This role involves managing system configuration, ensuring smooth platform operations, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective, scalable solutions. Requirements  5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator  Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud  Strong proficiency with Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes  Proven ability to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions  Solid understanding of Salesforce security model (Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Permission Sets)  Experience creating complex reports and dashboards  At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English  Nice-to-Haves  Salesforce Administrator Certification (Admin / Advanced Admin)  Experience with additional Salesforce products or integrations  Familiarity with DevOps or release management tools (Gearset, Copado)  Understanding of Apex or LWC for basic troubleshooting  Experience with data management best practices  Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization/reporting tools  Core Responsibilities  Manage user access, roles, profiles, and permission sets to ensure proper governance, data security, and compliance  Configure and maintain Salesforce automation tools, including Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes  Perform data management tasks such as data imports, deduplication, data quality checks, and building advanced reports & dashboards for business insights  Monitor system performance, troubleshoot platform issues, and ensure stable and efficient Salesforce operations  Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions  Support ongoing enhancements and participate in monthly release cycles, including testing, deployment, and documentation  About Us    Established in 2011, Trinetix is a dynamic tech service provider supporting enterprise clients around the world.  Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, we have a global team of over 1,000 professionals and delivery centers across Europe, the United States, and Argentina.
