Job Overview:
As an Outbound Customer Solutions Specialist, you will support our client’s suite of products and services, as applicable, and provide product and service options tailored to the client’s needs.
This team delivers world-class customer service by analyzing customer needs and offering personalized solutions. Position: Technical Sales Specialist Employment Status: Remote – 6-month contract Work Schedule: Monday through Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Pay Rate: $16.45/hour - $23.25/hour (if targets are fully met)

Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with customers from coast to coast; - Make outbound calls for sales and value-added services; - Promote the latest products and services and recommend them to customers on outbound sales queues; - Manage call flow, provide first-call resolution, and meet customer expectations; - Strive to understand the customer’s situation and identify their needs while providing personalized solutions; - Create demand by educating customers about products and services, and execute a business strategy that meets or exceeds financial goals; - Meet key performance indicators; - Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and expand sales opportunities; - Take responsibility and take appropriate action to effectively resolve customer issues as if they were your own; - Respond accurately to customer inquiries with a high level of professionalism; - Accurately document customer interactions in the appropriate systems; - Communicate effectively with customers regarding account information, products, prices, promotions, etc.; - Maintain a high level of competence and product knowledge; - Maintain a high level of confidentiality; - Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, customer retention, and inbound or outbound sales is a plus; - Flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends); - Ability to build relationships with customers; - Ability to navigate multiple computer systems; - Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment; - A secure area to store company and customer information - Power outlets for a PC and monitor - High-speed Internet (10 MB or more) - A private, distraction-free physical space where you can set up your PC and monitor near a router or modem. This is important because you must be connected via an Ethernet port, not Wi-Fi - Apple or Android phone (optional)
Requirements for remote work:
- High-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 30 Mb/s and a minimum upload speed of 10 Mb/s (satellite internet connections are not accepted) - A quiet, private physical space, free from distractions, where you can set up your computer and monitor near a router or modem. - Ethernet cable connection only (no Wi-Fi). - Ability to download and use the Google Authenticator app. - Required operating system: iOS 11 or Android 10 (or later).
