Responsibilities
Are you a true deal-maker who knows how to build trust and confidently manage complex sales processes? Then you’ve come to the right place! As a (Senior) Account Executive (d/w/m*), you’ll take on qualified leads and turn them into long-term, successful customer relationships. With your strategic sales mindset and your intuition for our customers’ needs, you’ll play a central role in our company’s growth.
What to Expect:
- Closing & Consultative Selling: Our strong SDR and marketing teams ensure a steady stream of qualified opportunities. You’ll confidently guide these opportunities through the entire sales cycle and develop customized solutions for our customers. At the same time, you’ll know how to build additional pipeline and drive sustainable growth through your network, partners, and your own market initiatives. - Strategic Deal-Maker: You’ll manage and negotiate complex sales processes, engage with buying committees, and confidently guide stakeholders through the decision-making process. - Pipeline Ownership: You’ll be responsible for your pipeline and use targeted measures to ensure a high conversion rate and sustainable revenue. - Challenger Mindset: You understand the pain points of our target audience, challenge existing processes, and inspire customers to think outside the box. - Smart Sales Tech: Using modern tools like HubSpot and AI-powered sales tech, you optimize your process and work in a data-driven manner. - Growth Driver: Your insights from deals and customer feedback help us further optimize our product, our pitch, and the entire sales process. - Team Player & Mentor: You work closely with SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success and share your knowledge to make the entire team more successful.
Your Profile
We don’t view sales as simply selling products, but as the ability to truly understand our target audience and help them move forward with sound advice. You’re a sales professional who not only closes deals but also builds long-term customer relationships using a strategic and consultative approach.
What You Should Bring to the Table:
- Experience & Success in B2B Sales: You have at least 5 years of sales experience, ideally at a SaaS, tech, or fast-growing company, as well as a proven track record in closing deals. - Strategic sales approach: You go beyond traditional sales, identify individual challenges, and position our product as a tailored solution for sustainable success. - Hunter mentality with a consultative selling approach: You understand the pain points of our target audience, ask the right questions, and work with your clients to create real added value. - Skilled stakeholder management: You know how to engage with buying committees, steer decision-making processes, and secure deals for the long term. - Data-driven & process-oriented: You’re familiar with modern sales technologies (e.g., HubSpot and AI-powered sales tools) and use them to efficiently manage your pipeline. - Strong communication & negotiation skills: You navigate confidently at all levels of a client organization—from operational contacts to decision-makers—and successfully drive deals forward with clarity, empathy, and negotiation skills. - German (C2) & English (at least B2): You navigate national and international client relationships with confidence and can explain complex issues in an understandable way.
