Role Overview:

We are looking for an experiencedCloud Solution Architect (CSA) with a strong specialization inMicrosoft Teams and Teams Phone.

As part of Global Delivery, you will deliverscalable, repeatable, and high‑quality technical engagementsfor enterprise customers worldwide, helping themmodernize collaboration and voice platformsacross hybrid and cloud environments. You will act as atrusted technical advisor, guiding customers through adoption, migration, and optimization of Microsoft Teams workloads, including enterprise voice scenarios.

Note: Italian and English are both mandatory requirements for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliverremote and hybrid customer engagementsfocused on:
  • Microsoft Teams (Chat, Meetings, Collaboration)
  • Teams Phone(Calling Plans, Operator Connect, Direct Routing)
  • Teams Rooms and meeting experiences (where applicable)
• Design and implementmodern collaboration and voice architectures, aligned with Microsoft best practices.
• DriveTeams and voice modernization journeys, including:
  • Migration from Skype for Business or legacy PBX systems to Teams
  • Teams Phone readiness, design, and rollout
  • Voice integration scenarios (Direct Routing, Operator Connect)
• Providetechnical leadershipduring assessment, design, deployment, and optimization phases.
• Act as asubject matter expert (SME)for Teams and Teams Phone within Global Delivery.
• Collaborate with other CSAs, partners, and field teams to ensureconsistent and repeatable delivery at scale.
• Support operational readiness, service reliability, and governance best practices.
• Capture and sharetechnical patterns, best practices, and lessons learnedwithin the CSA community.

Required Technical Skills

• Deep hands‑on experience with:
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Teams Phone
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Teams calling architecture and media flows
  • Direct Routing, Operator Connect, and Calling Plans
  • Teams meetings, conferencing, and collaboration features
• Experience with:
  • Microsoft 365
  • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Identity‑based access and authentication models
• Solid understanding ofhybrid and cloud‑native collaboration architectures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with:
  • Skype for Business to Teams migrations
  • Enterprise voice and telephony environments
  • Teams Rooms and certified devices
• Knowledge of:
  • Network readiness and media optimization
  • Security, compliance, and governance for Teams workloads
• Microsoft certifications related to:
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Microsoft 365
  • Cloud and Modern Work solutions (nice to have)

• Strongcustomer‑facing and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex collaboration and voice scenarios intoclear architectural guidance.
• Comfortable operating in aglobal delivery, remote‑first model.
