【Responsibilities】
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication frameworks aligned with brand positioning, including core messaging architectures and long-term narrative development. Formulate and execute global PR strategies by analyzing market-specific media landscapes and consumer perceptions worldwide.
- Proactively identify competitive differentiators in autonomous driving, smart cockpits, powertrain systems, and intelligent manufacturing through close collaboration with R&D teams. Translate complex technical innovations into compelling, consumer-facing narratives.
- Establish global thought leadership by cultivating senior-level relationships with automotive, tech, and financial media. Architect high-impact programs including executive interviews, deep-dive technology exposés, and authoritative reviews. Enhance industry influence through whitepapers, bylined articles, and technical vision statements.
- Lead end-to-end product launch campaigns. Establish a global sentiment monitoring and analysis system to anticipate potential technical or safety-related reputational risks, and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
【Requirements】
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Communications, Marketing, PR, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in PR/communications within the automotive or tech hardware sectors, with deep domain expertise in the automotive industry, and at least 3 years focused on international markets.
- Native or native-level proficiency in English (written and spoken), with proven ability to communicate effectively in global cross-cultural environments.
- Strong automotive knowledge structure, including a solid understanding of vehicle engineering, product development cycles, and key technology domains (ADAS, powertrain, smart cockpit, intelligent manufacturing). Proven ability to comprehend and articulate complex technical concepts, and craft compelling, consumer-facing narratives.
- Deep understanding of Western media landscapes, cultural nuances, and consumer behavior in key automotive markets (US, EU, UK). Proven ability to build and leverage a global media network across these regions. Track record of executing high-profile initiatives, including C-suite interviews, authoritative product reviews, and industry whitepapers.
- Demonstrates ability to align global strategy with local market insights.
- Experience in leveraging media and public sentiment insights for strategic communications and crisis preparedness.
- Demonstrates foresight in identifying emerging issues, develops effective response protocols under pressure, excels in cross-functional collaboration, and thrives in fast-paced environments with frequent global travel.
