Are you detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow your career in administration and compliance? Join our team as a Licensing and Accreditation Admin and play a key role in supporting licensing and accreditation operations for our Sales and Distribution Group.

Location: Rockwell, Makati City

Schedule: MondayFriday | 8 AM5 PM

Employment Type: Project-Based (6 Months)

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and monitor licensing applications
  • Maintain and update licensing databases and records
  • Coordinate with internal teams and government agencies
  • Organize licensing documents and files
  • Conduct compliance checks and prepare reports
  • Assist in accreditation examinations and related activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or any 4-year course
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Detail-oriented and proactive
  • Good communication skills
  • Willing to do fieldwork when needed
