- Develop and drive sales of industrial electric heating equipment and thermal management solutions within the petrochemical industry in China.
- Focus on key sectors including refining, petrochemical, coal chemical, and advanced materials, and proactively identify project opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with end users, EPC contractors, and engineering design institutes.
- Gain deep understanding of customer processes (e.g., fluid heating, explosion-proof heating, temperature control systems) and collaborate with technical teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including project tracking, technical communication, commercial negotiation, contract execution, and payment collection.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to support regional sales strategy development.
- Participate in key project tenders, technical presentations, and customer meetings to enhance brand presence in the industry.
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in industrial equipment, with exposure to petrochemical, chemical, or energy sectors preferred.
- Familiar with petrochemical/chemical processes and capable of engaging in technical discussions with customers.
- Experience with electric heating equipment, thermal management systems, process heating, or similar products is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with EPC business model and cooperation with design institutes is a plus.
- Proven ability in business development and managing complex, long-cycle industrial projects.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and results-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel frequently across regions or nationwide.
- Good command of English for technical documentation and cross-border communication is preferred.
