Responsibility:
Develop business with large potential to future programme customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and networking.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Coach the product organization on new customer’s needs.
- Negotiate the global tender to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Accountable for the implementation and compliance of won opportunities by collaborating with Sales, Product and Customer Experience and ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.
- Drive the engagement and relationship with new customers.
- Understand the customer’s needs, pain points, and business challenges.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demos tailored to the customer’s needs.
- Ensure that solutions are fully scoped with robust pre- and post-sales engagement and commitment from solutions engineering, pricing and operational teams.
- Ensure that customers meet committed levels of volume and proactively address short-falls.
- Ensure the smooth transition into key client management or to primary account manager.
