Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Full-Time Shopify Admin to manage the day-to-day operations of Shopify stores and execute our strategy. Working closely with our account managers and dev team, this role is crucial for ensuring the smooth technical functioning of our online platforms, and optimizing customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the Shopify backend for multiple client stores, including product listings, collections, inventory, pricing, and variant management.
  • Monitor website performance, identifying and troubleshooting technical issues, app conflicts, or broken links.
  • Ensure accurate and timely implementation of promotional codes, sales, and seasonal updates across client storefronts.
  • Campaign Management and Promotion Set Up within Shopify (including discounts, free gifts, pricing, codes, etc..)
  • Strong (C-level) English communication skills
  • Ability to work full-time EST

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with other Shopify-integrated apps (e.g., subscription platforms, review apps, loyalty programs).
  • The ideal candidate will have experience managing companies with an average annual revenue of $500K+.
