Role Description
This is an on-site internship role for an Account Manager based in Indianapolis, IN. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing client accounts, facilitating communication, and addressing issues to ensure exceptional service. Responsibilities include overseeing orders, maintaining timelines, coordinating with production and fulfillment teams, and managing client relationships. The role also involves identifying and acting on opportunities to improve client experiences and support business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills, including communication, relationship building, and client management
- Organizational and time management skills to multitask and meet project deadlines
- Proficiency in using relevant software tools for account and project management
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience or coursework in customer service, sales, or account management is a plus
