Essential Responsibilities:
Lead the deployment, governance, and continuous improvement of the S&OP process across Latin America, ensuring alignment between demand, capacity, operations, portfolio, and financial objectives;
Facilitate executive planning cycles and cross-functional reviews, driving data-driven decision-making and collaboration across Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams;
Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying risks, opportunities, and scenario-based action plans to support business strategy and operational performance;
Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across the region, promoting process simplification, waste elimination, productivity gains, and adoption of operational best practices;
Identify, implement, and scale Artificial Intelligence solutions to enhance operational efficiency, improve project execution, and generate actionable insights through advanced analytics and automation.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field;
Proven experience in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), operations, project management, and continuous improvement initiatives;
Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S) and operational excellence practices;
Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in planning and business tools such as SAP, P6, Excel, and digital/AI-enabled solutions;
Fluency in English, with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional collaboration across a regional environment;
Intermediate Spanish is a plus.
