SAP HCM Test Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Test Consultant to join our team and support SAP HCM implementation and transformation projects within the life sciences industry.

What You Will Do

Plan, prepare, and execute functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing for SAP HCM solutions.

5+ years of experience in SAP testing, including at least 3 years focused on SAP HCM, strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SAP testing
• At least 3 years focused on SAP HCM
• Hands-on experience testing SAP HCM modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, Payroll, Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS)
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR business processes and their integration with Payroll and Time Management
• Experience with system, integration, regression, and UAT testing
• Ability to create comprehensive test strategies, test cases, and defect reports
• Experience using defect and test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, SAP Solution Manager, or similar
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments
