Solutions Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking an enterprising Solution Lead to join our dynamic NEC Digital Studio team. The successful candidate will have substantial experience in designing tailored solutions for public sector clients. This role requires a hands-on approach and an understanding of the technical, non-technical and strategic aspects of solution design.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include solution ownership and design, internal product and capability development, pre-sales solutioning, leading solution workshops, clear articulation of proposed solutions, client engagement, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in a relevant discipline
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Solution Lead or other relevant discipline within the IT services industry
• Technical expertise in AWS and Azure cloud platform services and solutions
• Pre-sales experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to clearly articulate solutions
• Public sector insight
