Job Overview
We are looking for an experiencedInfor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) Implementorto lead the end-to-end configuration and implementation of CSI modules for a Visual to SyteLine 10 migration.
This is a hands-on implementation role, not a general ERP analyst position. The right candidate must know SyteLine well enough to guide the direction of the migration, translate validated business requirements into system design, configure the modules in scope, coordinate with SMEs, and ensure the system is ready for go-live.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end configuration of assigned Infor SyteLine / CSI modules.
Lead the implementation direction for a Visual to SyteLine 10 migration.
Translate business requirements provided by Business Analysts into functional system design and setup.
Configure CSI modules according to approved requirements and business processes.
Coordinate with functional SMEs to validate design decisions, workflows, and configuration.
Identify gaps, risks, and configuration issues early and recommend practical solutions.
Work with DBAs and technical resources when data migration, conversion, or backend support is needed.
Support testing, issue resolution, readiness reviews, and go-live preparation.
Ensure the configured system is complete, validated, and ready for production use.
Serve as the accountable implementation owner for assigned workstreams/modules.
Requirements
Required Experience
Strong hands-on experience implementingInfor SyteLine / Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI).
Prior experience withSyteLine 10strongly preferred.
Experience leading or supporting ERP migrations, ideally fromInfor Visual to SyteLine / CSI.
Ability to configure CSI modules directly, not just gather requirements or manage the project.
Strong understanding of manufacturing ERP processes and module interdependencies.
Experience translating business requirements into system configuration and process design.
Ability to work with Business Analysts, SMEs, DBAs, developers, and project leadership.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make implementation recommendations.
Must be able to operate independently with minimal handholding.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Has completed multiple Infor SyteLine / CSI implementations or major upgrades.
Understands both functional configuration and how implementation decisions impact data, reporting, integrations, and go-live readiness.
Can quickly assess whether the migration approach is on track or needs correction.
Comfortable being personally accountable for system readiness.
Direct, practical, and able to work in a fast-moving implementation environment.
Not a Fit For This Role
General ERP consultants without deep SyteLine / CSI implementation experience.
Project managers who do not configure the system hands-on.
Business Analysts who only gather requirements.
Candidates who have only supported SyteLine as an end user.
Candidates who cannot confidently guide a Visual to SyteLine migration.
Core Requirement
The candidate must know SyteLine well enough to oversee the implementation direction of a Visual to SyteLine 10 migration and personally drive the configuration needed for go-live.
