Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Delivery Manager to support the execution of portfolio marketing initiatives within a leading financial services organization. This role is focused on driving the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time execution across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across onboarding, engagement, and lifecycle initiatives
• Partner with strategy teams to translate campaign plans into actionable deliverables (targeting, briefing, QA, deployment)
• Oversee project plans, timelines, and workflows, ensuring alignment across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, Analytics, Operations, and Creative
• Ensure data accuracy, QA standards, and compliance throughout campaign execution
• Support ongoing channel execution (email, direct mail, digital placements)
• Drive process improvements and support audits to enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, campaign execution, or financial services
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail with a strong quality assurance mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in credit card, banking, or financial services marketing
• Familiarity with Adobe Workfront or similar workflow tools
• Experience supporting campaign execution and marketing operations

***Pay Range: $40.00-$43.00/hour
