Key Responsibilities
- SaaS-Focused Lead Generation & Demand Capture
- Develop and execute multi-channel lead-gen campaigns (SEO/SEM, LinkedIn/WeChat ads) targeting EDA engineers and enterprise IT buyers, leveraging tools like Marketo and HubSpot for automation.
- Optimize landing pages and lead-nurturing workflows to convert MQLs to SQLs, with A/B testing on messaging and pricing models.
- GTM Strategy & Product Launches
- Lead 0-to-1 SaaS product launches in China, including positioning, pricing, and localized content (whitepapers, webinars) to address EDA workflow pain points.
- Data-Driven Optimization
- Track CAC, LTV, and churn rates , using Salesforce and analytics tools to refine targeting and campaign ROI.
- Sales Enablement
- Provide sales teams with battle cards, competitive intelligence, and lead-qualification frameworks to accelerate SaaS adoption.
- Experience: 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing , preferably in EDA/industrial software. Proven track record in scaling leads and reducing CAC .
- Skills: Expertise in SEO/SEM, marketing automation (Marketo/HubSpot), and Salesforce . Fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Traits: Entrepreneurial, data-obsessed, and adept at cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments.
