Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and growth. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives across channels (social media, email, SEO, paid campaigns)
  • Plan and execute content marketing strategies to build brand presence
  • Manage and optimize campaigns for lead generation and conversion
  • Analyze campaign performance using data and optimize for ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, operations)
  • Build and maintain brand positioning and messaging consistency

Required Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing (preferably in startups, tech, or AI-driven companies)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
  • Experience with performance marketing and campaign optimization
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and content strategy skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have:

  • Experience in B2B marketing or AI/tech domain
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization
  • Experience in employer branding or LinkedIn growth
