Account Executive – Outside Sales Role

Olive Branch & Memphis Territory | Field-Based | $80K–$100K OTE (Base + Commission | Immediate Opening

A national leader in light industrial staffing is expanding in the Memphis and Olive Branch market and needs a true hunter to build market share. This is a priority hire to drive new client acquisition and establish a strong local presence.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prospect and win new clients across manufacturing, logistics, and warehouse sectors
  • Own the full sales cycle — from first outreach to signed deals to account growth
  • Build consultative relationships by solving workforce and staffing challenges
  • Deliver targeted presentations that convert prospects into long-term clients
  • Travel daily within your territory to meet decision-makers face-to-face
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently hit monthly revenue targets


What We’re Looking For

Required

  • 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience (services-based sales)
  • Proven ability to prospect, build pipeline, and close deals
  • Self-starter who thrives without daily oversight
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Helpful but Not Required

  • Light industrial or staffing sales experience
  • Existing network in Memphis / Olive Branch manufacturing or logistics
  • Experience selling into production or warehouse environments




Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $65,000–$75,000
  • On‑Target Earnings: $80,000–$100,000 (uncapped commission)
