Job Summary

This role is responsible for the evaluation, development, running, monitoring execution of and/or providing testing updates. Scope of testing support includes project-driven enhancements, routine updates/requests for change and other enhancement activities where testing is deemed critical to operational success, in adherence with company and industry quality standards. Role includes analysis of features/components/etc. and identification of enhancement opportunities.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 5+ years of equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge of user acceptance testing activities, planning techniques, tracking changes through signoff, and the collection of detailed/comprehensive test proofs, reproduction steps and bug details.
  • Experience or understanding of testing activities or SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle).
  • Exceptional communication skills, with experience in engaging and managing relationships with stakeholders from a range of backgrounds: End Business Users, Application/Departmental Subject Matter Experts, IT Resources or Leadership.
  • Experience troubleshooting computer applications or software issues.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and fostering continuous improvement.
  • Commitment to continuous development, through retrospective analysis & interest in staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage workload in accordance with set priorities.
  • Comfortable engaging on unfamiliar topics and developing understanding through research and inquisitiveness; a strong sense of curiosity; unafraid to ask questions.

Preferred Requirements

  • Prior experience in the Healthcare industry.
  • Advanced knowledge in health insurance, third-party administration, medical coding and/or industry standard formats (EDI).
  • Experience with Full Lifecycle Development (SDLC)
  • Knowledge of various types of data files (inbound and outbound).
  • Experience with workflow tracking platforms, such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, etc.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Min to Max Range:

$67,600.00 - $127,000.00
