Our goal is that everyone in the end-to-end process has a “too easy” experience working with their innovative system. Everyone from home builders to trades to the homeowner is considered in everything we do.

This highly successful and family-owned business is now looking to grow their sales team and are searching for a Sales Support and Customer Service Representative, based out of head office in Cameron Park, NSW. The successful applicant will play a crucial role within the sales and estimating team and be part of the continued success of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, track, and distribute customer support inquiries to maintain a high level of support to our valued partners.
  • Provide administrative and database support to the key account managers to help ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Help with monitoring of sales targets and progress to assist the sales manager in keeping the sales teams on target.
  • Stay up to date with new product features or industry developments to ensure the sales team is well-informed.
  • Review pending orders and client requests to uphold a positive customer experience.

The Requirements

Confident and motivated individual with exceptional communication and customer service skills. Must have drive and passion to succeed and maintain customer satisfaction. Proficiency with the MS suite is required, and database ERP or CRM experience is preferred. Full training and support will be provided on the job.

Some Construction or Building industry knowledge is proffered but not essential.

The Offer

  • Salary of $60,000 pa plus superannuation, paid weekly.
  • Starting ASAP
