Position Summary
The Senior Account Manager will manage assigned projects as a member of the account team staff in their efforts to serve the clients’ needs in a responsive, efficient and accurate manner. You manage the details, the status reports, opening jobs, executing on your projects on time and on budget. Encourages client confidence in agency performance
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned projects, proactively bringing work forward and helps to identify where things can be managed more smoothly.
- Able to manage more complex projects with moderate amount of direction from manager. Proactively alerts manager of any issues or watch outs.
- Helps ensure teams are in sync and they have what they need to move forward.
- Provide team support including building presentations, briefs, status reports as needed.
- Work closely with project management, production, creative, media and public relations and know where your projects are in the process.
- Prepare and handle hospitality needs for in-person client meetings. Be aware of any client nuances, typical requests, dietary needs.
- Build relationships with appropriate levels within the client organization.
- Manage external routing.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- 3+ years’ progressively responsible experience in an agency or marketing role.
- Solid organization and detail orientation skills.
- Stellar team player; constant collaboration.

Compensation Details
The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $68,000. Our employees are eligible for a full package of traditional benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. We are a hybrid work company (3 days/week in-office, 2 days/week remote is a typical week at broadhead) with Paid Time Off, paid holidays, and 401(k) matching. In addition, we provide paid parental leave, performance-based bonuses, employee stipends, and gym access.
