Role Overview

We are looking for an Engineering Program Manager to help bring structure, coordination, and operational excellence to a fast-growing engineering organization. This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of Engineering, Security, and Customer-facing teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Program Manager, Project Manager, or similar role
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving engineering teams and business stakeholders
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Experience establishing processes and operational frameworks in fast-paced or growing environments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands simultaneously
• Experience supporting engineering organizations and technical teams
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical groups
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and high levels of autonomy
• Sufficient technical literacy to engage in conversations with engineers and technical leadership
• Experience managing project timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables
