We are seeking a driven and relationship‑focused Security Account Executive to join Endurance IT Services. This full‑time role is ideal for a sales professional with experience in managed services, physical security, or access control solutions who thrives on building trust, opening new doors, and closing business.As a key contributor to our growth, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities while expanding Endurance IT’s presence across commercial, public sector, and enterprise clients.Employment Type: Full‑TimeLocation: Remote (with field work) - Headquarters in Ashland, VA Territory: Virginia (Northern, Eastern, or Western based on assignment)Key Responsibilities- Drive revenue growth and expand market presence within an assigned territory.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities related to security, access control, and managed IT services.
- Build and maintain strong, executive‑level relationships across industries, community organizations, and strategic partners.
- Proactively develop and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Accurately forecast sales opportunities and manage activities to meet or exceed targets.
- Conduct regular onsite and virtual meetings with prospects and clients.
- Perform discovery sessions and site walkthroughs to understand customer needs and security challenges.
- Collaborate with internal engineering, project, and operations teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
- Represent Endurance IT as a trusted advisor and solutions partner.
- Participate in networking events, industry functions, training sessions, and trade shows as needed.
- Proven success building relationships through networking, referrals, and partnerships.
- Experience selling B2B technology, managed services, security, or access control solutions.
- Strong understanding of customer pain points and ability to translate needs into solutions.
- Comfortable managing a full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
- Results‑driven, accountable, and motivated to achieve performance goals.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, performance‑oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
