Role Overview
The Technical Systems Trainer is responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering training programs related to assigned business applications and operational processes. This role partners with business stakeholders, operational leaders, and system support teams to drive user adoption, improve software proficiency, and support organizational change initiatives.
What You Will Do
Develop and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on training programs for business software systems and operational processes, including onboarding, refresher training, workshops, demonstrations, and one-on-one coaching.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Education
- 1+ years of experience in corporate training, software training, business applications support, operational training, or a related role
- Experience facilitating group training sessions, virtual meetings, or user onboarding programs
- Experience supporting enterprise software platforms or operational systems
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
- Ability to explain technical systems and processes in a clear, user-friendly manner
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple training initiatives and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, virtual meeting platforms, and training documentation tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and operational leadership
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to process consistency and accuracy
- Willingness to learn business systems and stay current on software and process updates
- Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in fast-paced environments while supporting users and training initiatives
