Role Overview
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for building the marketing engine for a next-gen AI first partnership marketing platform. The role is fully remote in the US and Canada. The company is already trusted by billion-dollar brands and startups and is backed by strategic investors in the performance marketing ecosystem.
What You Will Do
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for generating a qualified pipeline and revenue growth through partnership-led demand generation. This includes building and scaling a predictable pipeline generation engine, generating qualified opportunities for the sales team, and owning accountability for marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue.

They will have a proven track record of generating qualified pipeline and revenue through partnership-led growth and experience building and scaling affiliate, creator, influencer, referral, and partnership programs for ecommerce brands or SaaS companies serving ecommerce brands.
Requirements
- 4-7+ years of hands-on B2B marketing experience within ecommerce SaaS, affiliate marketing, creator marketing, influencer marketing, partnership marketing platforms, or the Shopify ecosystem
- Deep experience building and scaling affiliate, creator, influencer, referral, and partnership programs for ecommerce brands or SaaS companies serving ecommerce brands
- Proven track record of generating qualified pipeline and revenue through partnership-led growth
- Experience creating thought leadership, positioning, messaging, and content that establishes a company as a category leader within the partnership marketing ecosystem
- Experience building marketing systems from scratch in a fast-moving startup environment with a hands-on, builder mentality
- Strong copywriting, website messaging, GTM strategy, and content marketing skills
- Working knowledge of SEO, AEO, LLM visibility, and how buyers discover software through AI-powered search
- AI-first operator who uses tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or similar platforms to move faster and produce higher-quality work
