Product Manager

Role Overview

As a Product Manager with strong Product Design skills, you will collaborate with talented teams and actively contribute to the strategy, roadmap, and execution of world-class products. We are looking for people who share our passion for creating products people love and who can excel in leadership roles, interacting with clients, facilitating workshops, engaging in pre-sales activities, and leading cross-functional initiatives to ensure exceptional outcomes and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

Forge strong collaboration with client stakeholders, drive leadership in ideation sessions, workshops, roadmap discussions, and strategic planning, translate research insights into actionable product strategies, and create and communicate product concepts through flows, low-fidelity prototypes, and design artifacts.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience working on a wide variety of complex digital products and services in Product Management, Product Design, or hybrid roles
• Excellent knowledge of the product life cycle, product strategy, design principles, and UX best practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to employ a human-centered, data-driven approach in identifying gaps and opportunities
• Comfort using a variety of product discovery and design research methods and processes
• Proficiency with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Sketch, Miro, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc
• Exceptional communication skills, written and oral, along with strong presentation skills, and the ability to articulate solutions to client stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Experience leading and participating in product and design reviews, contributing to process improvements, and supporting design-related activities
• The discipline to work remotely and drive initiatives forward without being in a physical office
• Proactiveness and autonomy
