Role Overview
VetsEZ is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support a growing portfolio of federal government healthcare technology programs in a 100% remote position. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and enjoys working in a virtual team environment.
What You Will Do
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, source qualified candidates, conduct pre-screen interviews, build candidate pipelines, and coordinate interviews.

The candidate must be comfortable taking ownership of multiple technical requisitions, have experience recruiting technical professionals, and be able to manage a high volume of technical requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting technical professionals in areas such as software engineering, AI/ML, cloud computing, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, data engineering, systems administration, enterprise architecture, interoperability, product engineering, or healthcare IT
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search techniques
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of technical requisitions, prioritize competing hiring needs, and consistently deliver results in a fast-paced environment
