About Our Client:
Our client is a company that provides industry support through Testing, Inspection, Certification, and Engineering services.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Sales professional who will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and managing relationships with key industry stakeholders. This role focuses on promoting technical and commercial services, particularly Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC).
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Create and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Market TIC services, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Work closely with technical and operations teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field; engineering or related disciplines preferred.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B sales.
- Preferably experienced in selling inspection, certification, engineering, or industrial services, lifting equipment, or HSE services.
- Well-connected within sectors such as Oil & Gas, EPC & Construction, Manufacturing, Mining, Logistics & Ports, Power Plants, Marine & Offshore, and heavy equipment.
- Able to prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
- Willing to travel across Indonesia for business.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO, LEEA, Kemnaker, lifting equipment inspection, load testing, or height-safety services.
