What you'll be doing

• Create graphics and visual assets for digital campaigns across social media, the app, and marketing channels
• Sit in on creative briefs and brainstorming sessions, and contribute your own ideas
• Support the production of content, reels, motion graphics, and presentation decks for internal and external use
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand brand guidelines, campaign goals, and what "on-brand" actually means in practice
• Design client and stakeholder presentations — think visually polished, well-structured, and story-driven, not just slides with bullet points
• Understand design thinking when solving user problems — translating complex financial products into visual clarity
• Help ensure that everything we put out — from an in-app banner to a full campaign KV — meets quality and brand standards

What we're looking for

• Comfortable with design tools — Figma, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
• Detail-oriented with an eye for what looks good
• Aware of what's trending on social media and what kind of visual design cuts through the noise
• Genuinely curious about fintech, tech, and how digital products shape behavior
• Approaches design as problem-solving, not just decoration
