Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Product Manager to lead product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management for our heavy‑industry product portfolio. This role requires a strong blend of technical understanding, market insight, and cross‑functional leadership. You will work closely with engineering, sales, operations, and marketing teams to define product direction and deliver solutions that meet customer and market needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the product strategy and roadmap for heavy‑industry equipment and related solutions.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and define product requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear product specifications, user stories, and functional requirements for engineering teams.
  • Drive the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from concept and development to launch, iteration, and retirement.
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure product feasibility, cost optimization, and quality standards.
  • Partner with sales and marketing to create go‑to‑market plans, product positioning, and value propositions.
  • Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and industry trends to guide continuous improvement.
  • Support key customer engagements, technical discussions, and solution proposals when needed.
  • Ensure alignment between product strategy and overall business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • 3–7 years of experience in product management, preferably in heavy industry, machinery, automation, or industrial equipment.
  • Strong understanding of industrial manufacturing processes, mechanical systems, or automation technologies.
  • Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business‑driven product decisions.
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with engineering and R&D teams in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with industrial automation, robotics, or smart manufacturing solutions.
  • Familiarity with product cost analysis, supply chain considerations, and manufacturing constraints.
  • Knowledge of industrial standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong data‑driven mindset and proficiency with product analytics tools.
