Backend Software Engineer

We're a fast-growing, licensed iGaming operator building premium player experiences in regulated markets. We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help shape our platform architecture, raise the bar on quality, and mentor the team as we scale. Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to work on multiple projects in all phases of functional and integration testing.
• Review and evaluate designs for compliance with standards, providing feedback to improve quality.
• Offer expertise in software architecture and contribute to cross-organizational projects.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and innovative solutions.
• Mentor and guide less experienced team members.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software development and testing.
• Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and microservice concepts.
• Proven experience in designing robust test plans and complex test cases.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills in English.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Extensive experience with multiple programming languages.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Deep understanding of software architecture for products and solutions.
• Experience designing and integrating software systems across multiple platforms.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies, including writing and executing test plans, debugging, and scripting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to senior management.
