Role Overview
We're looking for a Technical SIPP Lead to join our technical services team. Reporting to the Head of technical services, you'll work closely with Product, Operations, Commercial, Launch and Engineering to make sure the Seccl Personal Pension remains compliant, scalable and partner focused.
What You Will Do
Providing specialist SIPP expertise and guidance to teams across Seccl and our partner firms, monitoring legislative and regulatory developments, supporting the future ongoing development and automation of the market leading Seccl Personal Pension proposition, and more.

You have extensive knowledge of SIPP products and pension regulation, a strong understanding of HMRC rules, pensions legislation and regulatory guidance, and are confident interpreting complex regulatory requirements and turning them into practical business solutions.
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of SIPP products and pension regulation
- Strong understanding of HMRC rules, pensions legislation and regulatory guidance
- Confident interpreting complex regulatory requirements and turning them into practical business solutions
- Understanding of the Pensions Tax Manual and how it applies in practice
- Skilled at influencing stakeholders and championing regulatory best practice
- Take ownership, make informed decisions and are comfortable working independently
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem solving
- Continuous improvement mindset and enjoy strengthening processes and controls
Benefits
- Salary between £80,000 and £90,000
