Role Overview
As an AI Solutions Consultant, you'll be the trusted advisor to customers seeking to get more out of ChurnZero. You'll uncover customer challenges, show them how ChurnZero's solutions can solve them, and build a compelling case for value. You'll work closely with Customer Success Managers to diagnose, fit, and present a value proposition.
What You Will Do
You'll partner with Marketing and CSMs to surface high-potential accounts, lead consultative discovery, match solutions to customer pain, and build tailored proposals. You'll also package qualified opportunities for CSMs to close and channel customer insight back to Marketing and Product.

Requirements
- 3+ years in a consultative, customer-facing commercial role
- Experience with CSPs (strong preference for ChurnZero) and CRMs (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc)
- Trained in or fluent with the Sandler sales methodology (or a comparable)
- Strong discovery skills and a confident, engaging product demo style
- Proven track record of delivering on growth objectives
- Able to speak credibly about AI and translate capability into business value
- A track record of generating and qualifying pipeline across multiple channels and segments
- Excellent communicator with both technical and executive audiences
Benefits
- Target Base Salary: $90,000 to $92,000
- Target OTE: $15K to $20K
