Job Summary
• This role is responsible for overseeing a team of presales consultants and/or managers and developing data-driven client retention strategies. The role interacts with senior client stakeholders leading complex negotiations while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The role serves as a technical subject matter expert, manages budgets, optimizes resource allocation, and mentors junior team members to ensure seamless customer experience and profitable engagements for the organization.
Responsibilities
• Oversees a team of presales consultants, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the development of individual team members and the overall effectiveness of the sales efforts.
• Develops data-driven strategies to retain existing clients and expand the organization's offerings within client accounts.
• Interacts with executives and senior stakeholders from client organizations, building strong relationships and effectively communicating the value of the proposed solutions.
• Leads complex contract negotiations and client discussions to ensure that the terms align with the proposed solution and client expectations.
• Manages the budget for the presales consulting function, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.
• Acts as a subject matter expert in specific technical areas, providing in-depth knowledge to the team and clients.
• Ensures that all proposals and solutions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Leads client presentations, workshops, and demonstrations to showcase the value and capabilities of the organization's solutions.
• Stays updated with the latest technological advancements, industry trends, and competitive offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients and the sales team.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in sales, business management, project management, or a related field.

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $195,450 to $300,000 USD
annually with a 80%/20% (salary/incentive) mix. There are additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonuses and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
