Role Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. As a consultant at We Are META, you'll have access to a network of national and international partners across diverse sectors of the tech industry.

The perfect Rhino should have experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Salesforce
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its features
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Attention to detail and ability to identify and document requirements accurately
- Experience in identifying opportunities for process improvement and providing recommendations for solutions
- Experience in working with project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Fluency in English (B2)
- Availability for Hybrid model, 2 times a week based in Porto
- Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
