Role Overview

Mister Car Wash is seeking an IT Integration Support Tech to join their Headquarters team. The role delivers technical support and infrastructure setup for new store locations and ongoing operations. The IT Integration Support Technician works closely with internal teams and vendors to perform hardware installations, provide troubleshooting assistance, and maintain documentation related to IT integrations.

What You Will Do

The IT Integration Support Tech will support installation and configuration of hardware, assist in coordination with vendors, participate in validation of equipment functionality, resolve common hardware and network issues, document technical issues and resolutions, and escalate unresolved challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in IT support, field service, or hardware integration roles
• Direct experience with POS systems, network equipment, and vendor coordination
• CompTIA A +/CompTIA Data Sys/CompTIA Network + or Comparable
