Key Objectives
- Drive the product to gain highest performance and achieve best outcomes.
- Analyze customer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI perspective.
- Assess current competitor offerings and seek opportunities for differentiation.
- Analyze product gaps and develop appropriate fulfilment action plans.
- Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate go-to-market plans.
Responsibilities
- Lead and operate marketing team (where applicable, including direct reports).
- Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research or survey, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, marketing planning, and product launches.
- Develop product strategy and define business cases, use cases, indications, market positioning, and differentiated messaging across key segments. Plan and execute activities within the A&P budget, with clear KPI tracking.
- Analyze market data to develop sales and marketing strategies, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share.
- Monitor market and competitor trends and analyze customer feedback data to identify potential opportunities, support the development and promotion of the new products or product lines.
- Gather and build comprehensive product information/profile and coordinate with sale team and working closely with business partners.
- Conduct product training (Product knowledge, handling objection and Role play), designed training materials and evaluated sale representatives to improve product knowledge and application skills.
- Provide custom training to retailers (clinics/hospitals), via seminars and in-person sessions.
- Provided support for marketing collaterals, advertising materials, marketing campaigns, tradeshows and other activities. Ensure all promotional materials and campaigns comply with legal standards, industry codes, and regulatory requirements
- Provide monthly update the rolling FC, Including manage the stock levels in the warehouse.
- To build up and develop relationship with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Qualifications
- Results-orientated project leader with experience in developing, implementing and supporting for health and beauty products.
- Skillful leader in handling multiple tasks from product management to customer service. Having strongly attention to detail, great communication and presentation skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Bachelor/Master of Pharmacy or Marketing or related fields.
- At least 3 years experienced in Product Manager role.
- Good English.
