I. JOB PURPOSE:

The Brand Marketing Manager (Thailand Market) is responsible for leading brand strategy and integrated marketing initiatives for both company-owned products and client brands. This role focuses on strengthening brand equity, driving awareness, and accelerating sustainable growth in the Thailand market through strategic partnerships and high-impact campaigns.


II. KEY RESPONSIBILITES (KPI - DRIVEN):

1. Brand Strategy Development

  • Lead annual and quarterly brand strategy planning for the Thailand market, including brand positioning, communication direction, and growth roadmap.
  • Develop integrated marketing communication (IMC) plans to increase brand awareness, brand preference, and brand visibility.
  • Drive growth in brand keyword search volume and owned media presence.


2. Multi-Channel Campaign Management

  • Manage end-to-end branding campaigns across online and offline channels, with a strong focus on entertainment, sports, and major cultural events.
  • Coordinate and manage relationships with media partners, content creators, KOLs/influencers, and local agencies in Thailand.
  • Ensure campaign execution aligns with brand guidelines, timelines, and strategic objectives.


3. Brand Governance & Creative Quality Control

  • Ensure consistent application of brand visual identity and messaging across all communication touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with content, social media, creative, and media teams to maintain high-quality outputs.
  • Review and approve key creative assets and communication materials.


4. Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Monitor brand performance metrics, including brand search, social mentions, engagement, traffic, and conversion pathways.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness, generate insights, and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly brand performance reports for management.


5. Partnership Development & Vendor Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media networks, PR agencies, production houses, KOL agencies, and local partners in Thailand.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with new vendors to enhance execution efficiency and scalability.
  • Manage long-term strategic partnerships to support sustainable brand growth.


6. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead cross-functional project teams and ensure alignment toward business and brand KPIs.
  • Mentor team members, support capability development, and promote a performance-driven marketing culture.


III. QUALIFICATION & EXEPRIENCE:

1. Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
  • MBA or advanced branding/marketing certifications are an advantage.


2. Experience:

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Integrated Communications, or Digital Marketing.
  • At least 2 years in a managerial or team-lead role.
  • Proven experience planning and executing large-scale, multi-channel branding campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of the Thailand market, consumer insights, cultural context, and digital media landscape.
  • Experience in online entertainment, digital content, gaming, blockchain, e-commerce, or esports is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams, external agencies, and large marketing budgets.


3. Technical:

  • Solid understanding of brand building, IMC frameworks, and digital-first branding.
  • Hands-on experience with key platforms in Thailand, including Facebook, TikTok, Google, YouTube, LINE, influencer ecosystems, and local media.
  • Experience working directly with media buying agencies, PR firms, KOL/influencer agencies, creative studios, and production houses.
  • Familiarity with brand measurement tools such as social listening, brand lift studies, keyword tracking, and traffic/funnel analytics.


IV. SALARY & BENEFITS:

a. Salary Range: USD 3,000 – 4,500 per month (gross, negotiable based on experience)
